being pseudonymous has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
it's allowed my ideas to be received based on merit alone.
no bias from how i look, where i went to school, what companies i've worked for, etc. i wouldn't have "ex-apple" in my bio, unfortunately.
i'm just a lowly designer on the internet.
and maybe i'm overestimating it, but i don't think i would have as much twitter success without it.
or maybe i'm wrong. maybe it's made people cynical of me and had the opposite effect.
all i know is that it's given me the psychological safety to think and share. highly recommend.
