I used to talk a lot about defi and desoc, but I had no idea how crucial AI would be in all of this.
This week, I listened to three podcasts about AI agents and will try to summarize the key takeaways in a few posts.
1. We often talk about bringing a billion users into crypto—but what if we added 100 billion AI agents alongside them?
2. Back in 2017, one of Coinbase's co-founders said that blockchain and AI were made for each other, and now, we’re finally starting to see what he meant.

Luma: a week of free events in Bangkok for side events, AI narratives, and the future of L2 from the Farcaster feed.
00:06 Introduction and Future Plans
The podcast host explains a two-week break due to a busy schedule. A trip to a conference in Bangkok is planned, so podcasts may be infrequent. This episode will review a service for real-life events.
01:01 Services and Podcasts
The discussion centers around an event service that helps track similar exchanges. The host mentions the "Del" podcast, released weekly with a large Twitter audience, highlighting its importance for understanding Ethereum news.
02:55 Ethereum Scaling
The possibility of merging multiple blockchains on Optimism is discussed. Optimism is viewed as the most likely scenario for scaling Ethereum, reducing fees, and improving liquidity.
05:42 Alternative Directions
Alternatives like Espresso for sequencer requests are considered. Justin Drake actively supports these directions, and Vitalik Buterin also supports Optimism and other approaches.
09:00 Support and Plans
The host supports creating a "Truth or Lie" game and plans to participate actively. The main focus is on preparing for the conference and analyzing new projects without focusing on one ecosystem to avoid missing important changes.
10:55 Centralization and Decentralization
The host shares experiences and strategy regarding crypto, discussing how centralized apps like Telegram could integrate into the crypto industry. Decentralization requires significant resources, so centralized products will likely dominate.
13:45 Conclusion and Future Plans
The host mentions an upcoming post on scrolls and a transmission from a16z. The importance of annual reports in the crypto industry is discussed. The host plans to continue supporting and analyzing new projects and events in crypto.
14:56 Decentralized Artificial Intelligence
Centralized AI giants are being replaced by decentralized ones. Decentralized AI is set to become an important topic in the coming decades. At the Bangkok conference, a third of the events will be devoted to AI.
15:53 Airdrop and Investments
The host received an airdrop from SL but didn’t invest in liquidity. The main expenses were in the first days when fees were high. Ultimately, despite initial expectations, the airdrop was less profitable than expected.
17:49 Multichain and Security
The host believes the future is multichain rather than cross-chain. Bridges should be minimized to reduce risks. Ethereum, Solana, and Bitcoin will be the main ecosystems.
20:39 Scaling Issues
The main scaling issue with Ethereum is bandwidth. Large blocks require high bandwidth, which is unavailable to most users. Technology has yet to address this problem on the Ethereum level.
24:13 Optimism and Arbitrum
The host believes Optimism thrives due to full code transparency. Arbitrum, despite a large TVL, has limitations that slow its development. Optimism is growing and will succeed, unlike Arbitrum.
26:59 Personal Investments and Belief in Tokens
The host holds all assets in Ethereum, despite Bitcoin's higher performance. They earn from airdrops and don’t believe in other tokens. Although Bitcoin has grown twice as much as Ethereum, the host prefers holding everything in Ethereum.
28:12 Ethereum and Decentralized Economy
Ethereum is seen as digital gold with dynamic growth through airdrops. The decentralized economy is built on Ethereum, and whales are moving toward it. It’s essential to consider the capitalization of the entire Ethereum ecosystem, not just Ethereum itself.
29:03 Airdrops and Their Significance
Airdrops allow earning from token value growth. Tokens are needed to govern protocols and should hold value. Protocol security is determined by their value, so tokens must be liquid.
30:56 Moxy and Its Prospects
Moxy is seen as a token that may drop in price. Long-term money storage is better in the network’s native token. Tokens can generate income, but it’s essential to monitor their value.
32:51 Social Connections and Their Value
The main value in crypto is social connections and follower count. Social connections help earn tokens and participate in joint projects. Profile activity is compared to token ownership.
34:25 Event Service Luma
Luma is a service for crypto-oriented events. The mobile app is recommended for convenience. Luma offers 509 events, including DefCon.
35:53 Participation in Crypto Events
Crypto projects sponsor events, making them free for attendees. Participating in events allows for networking and ecosystem involvement. Bangkok hosts many events in the city’s top locations.
40:23 Event Participation and Project Role
To attend events, you need to apply and specify your project and role. Being linked to the crypto industry, like being a project founder, is important. Creating a project page on social media helps attract attention to participation.
42:25 How to Get Into Events
Having a corporate email and project is essential. You can create a Twitter page and list your role. Some events allow access without page verification.
44:17 Alternative Ways to Attend Events
You can connect with the event team and ask for help. Some events let known people in without invitations. You can write to event admins and request assistance.
47:11 Event Activities
Events offer stand-up shows, nightclubs, Thai boxing, and other activities. You can sign up for yoga classes, workouts, and runs. Some events, like B Summit, are affordable and offer many activities.
51:49 Recommendations and Advice
It’s recommended to attend events, especially if you live in Thailand. Many free events provide experience and connections. The earlier you register, the better.
My key takeaways: The rise of AI is creating a thousand issues around authenticity, and the only tool to address them is cryptography.
We have Bitcoin to replace gold, stablecoins to replace the dollar, Ethereum to replace financial system, and Farcaster to replace social networks like Facebook. The only thing AI needs to challenge centralized giants is a decentralized version of AI, which we’ll soon be witnessing.
The future of crypto has never looked so promising. What do you think about this?
Most likely, no one will read your messages if you're casting them to a channel that hasn't approved you, or writing to someone who isn't following you.
So, you should focus on two things:
1. Only send messages and react to people who are following you. 2. Create interesting content that makes your followers quote your casts, helping you gain new organic followers.
I've gathered 300 of my active and interesting followers that I'll be interacting with. I've organized them by priority, divided into 10 groups, and sent them to myself in direct messages.
The rules of the game have changed, so make sure to adapt.
1. In October-November, a lot of well-known projects are going to launch, because no one is going to mess with crypto before the elections. After that, they'll probably bring in widespread mandatory KYC for all sales, airdrops, and maybe even for DEX web interfaces as a measure against terrorists and scammers.
So, we might see a bunch of airdrops coming soon from Scroll, Zora, Li.Fi, Swell, etc.
2. Tipping with Degen and Enjoy is a pain to use, Moxie is also a hassle, but it's basically a salary for using SocialFi. Those ignoring it now might regret it later when they miss out on some random $50k airdrop from Base or Zora.
I recently started a thought experiment about creating a reward system for people from the perspective of the creators of the world.
I put travelers at the top of the list, because who else are all these natural and cultural wonders for?
Plus, traveling helps people spread out, creating "decentralization" and reducing the risks of keeping a species too concentrated in one place.
WHAT ABOUT HISTORICAL EXAMPLES OF REWARDING TRAVELING CIVILIZATIONS?
Tribal groups in loincloths weren’t big on travel, and their elders rejected progress.
But on the flip side, empires like the British and Spanish were always "traveling," exploring new lands, and embracing all the advancements of progress.
So, who would you reward if you were one of the creators of this world? Who would you share "luck" with, and why?
Maybe also those who are constantly evolving and teaching others to do the same?
For the past 13 years, I've been working in the travel industry as the owner of a travel agency. Our main destinations are Turkey, Thailand, Egypt, the UAE, and Vietnam.
I’m convinced that people who travel are happier, healthier, and more successful than those who don’t.
You might argue that they have money, and that’s why they’re doing well.
But what if it's actually the act of traveling that helps people think differently, break out of their daily routine, succeed at work, and stay healthy?
What if the higher powers that created this incredibly diverse and beautiful world secretly support (even financially) those who appreciate the beauty and variety of the world, rather than sitting in a dull apartment for decades?

Hearing about the “hard way” to decentralize Base from Farcon got me thinking that the Base founders might eventually hand over control to the holders of OP, $DEGEN, and other major Base builders.
I'm really bullish on these tokens.
What about you? Would you be ready for a surprise like that?

As Jim Rohn said, You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.
Therefore, if you aspire to be like Dan Romero, you should dedicate 20% of your Warpcast time to engaging with his casts and researching his activities.
Or, you won’t be able to join this value cluster on Farcaster.
This is my first experiment with the Suno AI music creation tool. Thanks for the feedback.

First deposit—a tuition fee, indeed,
Step not lingering into the second year of greed.
To continue your crypto quest, remember clear,
The magic word is 'airdrop', ever so dear.
Chorus:
Farming accounts, minting attacks,
Farmed bags of digital stacks.
Talk about blockchains? Skip,
Top crypto tech is the flip!
Farming accounts, minting attacks,
Farmed bags of digital stacks.
Ship those blue chips to the hamster crew,
Top crypto tech is the flip, it's true!
Verse 5:
You pumped rights? I pumped Gaias high,
You looked for entry points? I looted a million Degen by.
You’ve got a base in Dota; I have a Farcaster’s Base,
You watch cartoons at work; I create the Nouns chase.
Verse 6:
Commentators missing drops, angry, crypto betrays,
In chats, they shout, 'drops are all a haze!'
Not a Nastya, no a Runner, not a Sidd,
Just a simple fool, caught in the mob.
As time passes, behold the swans align—
Another drop, top memes in the cup combine.
To all predicting 'this is your last drop',
We elevate in rank: Proven Foolish Top.
Could've been like us, a Base abuser,
A frame pioneer, early OG user.
Don’t tell me about drops, just show,
How many Zora mints you've stacked, then I'll know.
We’ve an innovative, deflationary,
Multi-million investment sanctuary.
Securities? No, we talk Web3 and meme coins,
Raised a hundred million for blockchain joins.
Chorus:
Farming accounts, minting attacks,
Farmed bags of digital stacks.
Talk about blockchains? Skip,
Top crypto tech is the flip!
Farming accounts, minting attacks,
Farmed bags of digital stacks.
Ship those blue chips to the hamster crew,
Top crypto tech is the flip, it's true!
Imagine $Degen came up with an algorithm that turns you into a content factory, making readers spend as much time as possible on Farcaster, buying meme-coins from channels where you cast.
To avoid getting too burnt out and aggressive, you've gotta keep casting and watching Farcaster, and keep those pedals spinning.
Every morning I ask myself: would I still be doing this if I had billions of dollars in the bank?
But, it's important not to forget about the balance between the spiritual stuff (like public goods and giving tips) and the material side - being a Degen with many wallets.
Imagine @raz is breaking new ground with a crowdfunding model that the SEC is going to be all over. Instead of raising liquidity through a token sale, he's selling rare NFTs.
You wouldn't want to sell the $ ONCHAIN airdrop because it was a real struggle to get, making it super valuable.
Imagine we're living in an era of Artifacts, where scoring a lucky NFT ticket like Onchain Gaias or Farcaster OG could be worth way more than a luxury car.
Imagine it, we're probably too early in the game to even realize the value we're holding onto.
Imagine if every channel had its own meme coin, and people were hunting for tips in it.
Imagine Instagram and TikTok influencers realizing the life-changing opportunity they've been missing out on, leading to an exponential explosion of Social Fi.
My take on the bans at Warpcast. The main pitch of Farcaster is that it's like Twitter, but without the bots, spammers, and toxic folks.
The crypto community loves Farcaster for its coziness and comfort. It's like being in a restaurant where you don't get hassled by a bum, a promo guy, or a drunk troublemaker, stealing your time away from hanging out with friends.
That's what people pay registration fees for, buy paid mints, and create proof of work in the form of content.
It's about your reputation: you're part of our pack and you won't be smearing the walls of our shared home with crap.
As you might guess, there's no talk of decentralization in the UI. It's only at the protocol level. Because without it, anyone with enough money could come into your house and happily smear your walls with crap.
But let's say the system glitches and I get unfairly banned on Warpcast. What would be the main reason for me to reach out to tech support or directly to the founders, and what could I offer them instead of personal insults?
I could show them the clear value I've brought to this social network and convince them that I wasn't the one smearing crap on the walls of our shared home.
I suggest creating a rating for each user and periodically minting it onchain, marking a snapshot of your social capital.
Farcaster AI Agents: Aethernet/Higher, Talent Prospects, Dan Romero’s Plans, Web3 Social at Devcon
Who’s set to benefit the most from the explosive growth of AI agents, app tokens, and memecoins?
But long term, ETH and SOL remain the most valuable assets since AI agents launch their tokens on these platforms.
If you’re not a pro at choosing from the 3 million tokens like GOAT, consider an "anti-Midwit" bet instead.
ETH and SOL are the real estate of the future; rent out blocks to the next trillion AI agents.

If Farcaster is like Twitter, then Lens is Instagram, and Zora is YouTube?
But can these projects properly carve out their focused niche in the emerging attention economy?

Killer apps of this cycle
There are only four real uses for crypto:
1. Digital gold
2. Transactions in stablecoins
3. Trading on DEXs
4. The attention economy with NFTs
Number 4 is like a never-ending pit of opportunities, right?

Imagine confusion
The second time I sold my post, 90% of the revenue went to the platform.
To me, the platform shouldn't make more money than the creator. That's why I prefer Zora over Jams or Uncuts.
Imagine Farcaster’s clusters
Therefore, if you aspire to be like Dan Romero, you should dedicate 20% of your Warpcast time to engaging with his casts and researching his activities.
Or, you won’t be able to join this value cluster on Farcaster.

Imagine fifteen million merits with $DEGEN
To avoid getting too burnt out and aggressive, you've gotta keep casting and watching Farcaster, and keep those pedals spinning.
Imagine the balance
But, it's important not to forget about the balance between the spiritual stuff (like public goods and giving tips) and the material side - being a Degen with many wallets.
How do you imagine the balance?

It wasn't until I started making my own virtual worlds in pictures through AI that I finally got what those words meant.

Tips Era: We are sooo early
Imagine Instagram and TikTok influencers realizing the life-changing opportunity they've been missing out on, leading to an exponential explosion of Social Fi.
Imagine shadow ban
You can check this for any user by going into their likes and seeing if their like appears in the public list of reactions to that post.
Imagine decentralized nation
We've got our own rules and laws on these lands, and they're all managed by automated algorithms based on decentralized AI.
Social Capital Snapshot prototype
