Preparation: Cut the kiwi into halves and peel, remove the pulp with a spoon. Cut the kiwi into pieces. 2 Cut the lemon in half, having previously rolled it out on the table, pressing on it to make it easier to squeeze out the juice. Squeeze the lemon juice. Strain the juice through a sieve. Add the kiwi slices, lemon juice and sugar to the blender bowl. Whisk to make a puree. Then rub the kiwi puree through a sieve. Add ice to the glasses. Add 3 tablespoons of kiwi puree each. Fill it with sparkling water. Stir with a straw. You can decorate with kiwi slices and mint leaves.
