History: the fountain was originally built at the end of the XIX century as an additional structure to the hydraulic factory, a source of energy for the city's industries. His task was to dump excess water into the lake, which accumulates on weekends and in the evening in the hydraulic system. Specifications: The height is 147 meters. The fountain is illuminated by 12 floodlights, the lighting power is 9,000 watts. Features: Under the influence of wind, combined with sunlight, the water column changes shape and colors. The type of jet can take the form of a column, or it can crumble into splashes, fanning almost to the middle of the lake. Working hours: since 2003, the fountain has been operating daily according to a special schedule: during the winter months during the daytime, in spring, autumn and summer until sunset on weekdays and almost until midnight on weekends and holidays, in November the fountain is completely turned off.
