Holding my hands up to say I missed the first draft deadline this week.

It came down to other priorities; launching a project, and then touching grass with the family on the weekend.

Learnings:

Prioritising slow over prioritising getting it done might be better for me. Might take me deeper. Might make my contribution more valuable.

Working out what I want to write early makes a big difference. It gives me a shot at getting some progress even when my brain is frazzled.

Writing about what is going on for me in the moment is often the way through. And enables me to have something to submit...

Consider this a first draft on slowing down.

I aim to live life truly and happily.

So I aim to be wise (wisdom is the knowledge that enables us to live truly and happily). And I know that I am a fool; as are we all.

When we play we open ourselves to the world.

Play is going with your instincts, without being attached to the outcome, doing what appeals, exploring, trying out new roles, going to the edges, over them.

Lack of agency is the cause of much suffering. - related to this everyone should have meaning and purpose.

The blockchain enables us to create structures that gives people agency

this is a superpower to act in the world
