To commemorate the launch of CryptoKitties at ETHWaterloo in 2017 we commissioned Mikaela Kautzky, a Canadian interdisciplinary artist living in the unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations, known as Vancouver, Canada.
Mikaela was asked to reimagine a V2 of the original tie-dye shirts that were made and worn by the original CK team members at ETHWaterloo 2017.
All the dyes used on the t-shirts were naturally grown, reused, and/or planted by Mikaela.
