This is a picture of Leonardo DiCaprio blurred using a blurring algorithm I made as a hackathon project. The blurring algorithm uses True Randomness provided by the IBM's quantum computing API.

The blurring algorithm was met with harsh criticism from the hackathon judges, scoring a mere 2.35/5.
