Was is better to have loved and Lost. I often wonder what it's like for those are newer to this virtual world. Easier to accept? easier to adapt, pivot or exploit with bright eyes, momentum and stamina? Does having decades of a magical truly infinite world of inspiration, real time human connection, when 14k modems were considered a high end luxury and all the evolution of direct connectivity to info, inspiration and new worlds that would a few decades. Does knowing what magic we had for so long before everything became gated, purged, re-directed by algo's, feeding us recommended information, websites and content based on metrics on the hood instead of trusting we have the patience and curiosity to search multiple pages knowing that info, content, website isn't manipulated to high priority positions based on pay to win, or less than ideal intent.

Does knowing how bad it is hurt more for those that remember the version that worked organically for so long?

In this case, is better to have loved and lost over the blissful ignorance of never experiencing love?

I often think of this these days and not sure how to move past this heartbreak this time.
