Today was quite an interesting day. I was on my way to the park to play guitar near the canal when I stumbled upon a bag full of cans and bottles. I knew I could recycle them for money at the supermarket (pfand), so I did, and ended up making €5.50. That was pretty cool!

But then, later in the day, I got stopped by the cops for crossing a red light. 🚨🚦 The fine for that here in Berlin is €55. 😱 I paid it, but I couldn’t help but notice the coincidence of both events happening on the same day, with similar numbers.
