Seres Conecta - An experimental audiovisual piece by Flavia Goa and L3V1AT4
Exploring the intersection between the organic and the technological, this audiovisual work is an immersive journey through sound and visual landscapes that dialogue with philosopher Donna Haraway's ideas about imaginary terrestrial futures. The soundtrack, developed by Flavia Goa, is based on the spatiality of a sublime and neutral world, using organic sounds mixed with guitar melodies with personalized tuning. These sound elements were meticulously selected to evoke the harmonious coexistence between nature and technology. The visuals, created by L3V1AT4 through creative programming in TouchDesigner, result from a series of codes that generate each frame and moment of the audiovisual narrative. Using photogrammetry techniques to scan plants and flowers, the captured 3D models are animated and respond dynamically to the nuances of the soundtrack, illustrating the ongoing conversation between machines and living beings. Images and recordings of natural landscapes are later distorted by filters developed in TouchDesigner, projecting a deep connection and dialectic between the natural and the artificial.

Visuals and video editing by L3V1AT4: All the visuals were made with creative coding in TouchDesigner following different techniques. Photogrammetry (3D scanning) with Scaniverse of plants later to be imported as 3D Point Cloud models to be animated and edited in TouchDesigner. Videos processed by custom made coded visual and generative visuals. Final editing of recorded clips in Premiere Pro.

"Novos Estรญmulos" (new stimulus) was created entirely in GarageBand, independently. Therefore, Lรญdice maintains an empirical approach, always exploring new media without being tied to a single format. The EP combines samples of electronic drums and also traditional percussion, synthesizers, Arabic, Egyptian and Chinese instruments. This marks Lรญdice's first foray into electronic/experimental music, bringing new dimensions to their artistic practice.

"xaรชuzin pintado" is a ceramic sculpture that celebrates the representativeness of peripheral bodies, often neglected in visual culture. Inspired by my partner Kaรชu and his name, the work brings out the richness and diversity of Brazilian ethnicity and clothing, highlighting the uniqueness and beauty of the bodies that inhabit the peripheries.
The piece, modeled with delicacy and precision, seeks not only to highlight the importance of the presence of these bodies in art, but also to evoke a feeling of tenderness and empathy. The softness of the shapes and the attention to detail reflect a special care in the representation, conveying a sense of cuteness and charm to the viewer.
To preserve and share this creation digitally, the sculpture was scanned in 3D using the Polycam app. This process not only perpetuates the work in digital format, but also integrates artistic tradition with new technologies.
"xaรชuzin pintado" is thus a tribute to diversity and inclusion, a piece that invites reflection on representativeness and the appreciation of all bodies in contemporary art.

Inhabited in a living and mobile laboratory. Fusing within a thousand organisms and viscous structures, condensed by itself. The creatures created, without any breath or end. In an intertwining of flesh and bytes, where wires cover its condemned and sublime corporeal score. Viscous, disgusting. A vast suspended creature.

Dr. Lollipop presents: โ Within a hybrid space, the body is my vehicle for tangible experiences and sensations, but it's also the anchor that keeps me rooted in reality. Technological tension apparatuses articulate within me like extensions, amplifying my voice and my presence. Through this, I connect with other avatars, many of whom are distant, sharing histories and forging bonds of survival.
His physical shell is his laboratory, a silent witness to the vicissitudes of the third world. Inside, his aqueous being, rediscovers and entangles itself in an amplified, omnipresent heterotopia, without a specific form. Expressed in a virtualized context, where each unborn creature is invented, and manifested from sensors and personas. Experiment manifest not just as an abstract intellectual exercise, but as an expositional and direct affectation of the ocular globe, reinventing and underlying its own factual notions of identity and reality. It's in imagination that the experiment finds itself in the speculative aspect; tracing a correlation between 'mind' and 'world', developing a way of thinking about the thing in itself. A possible gap is then created that elaborates about the absolute; a potentially absorbed, sandy and infinite place. It's possible to think about the absolute. The absolute is thinkable, but the absolute is chaos. The absolute is contingency. The absolute is an open place to infinite possibilities, where laws govern a becoming without law. A speculation about the reality of the world beyond human forms of perception, expresses a desire for a transcendent reality. Subjectivity traversed by multiple cosmic forces, using art as a medium to access knowledge that extends and amplifies. Prophetic idea. Expresses a fiction that colonizes aspects of science, narrative, and life, generating side effects. Dr. Lollipop, again, presents: โ Each creature arises not by chance, but by convergence, in a traversed hybrid space, that transcends tangibility and anchors itself in reality through my own embodiment. Remember: in the confluence of the real and the imaginary, chaos dances with order like a ballerina star. To decipher the absolute, one must first accept the enigma of our own existence. Seek the truth in the interstices, where the threads of the visible intertwine with the vertiginous shadows of this intoxicating unknown. And never forget the side effects!

Visuals and video editing by L3V1AT4: All the visuals were made with creative coding in TouchDesigner following different techniques. Photogrammetry (3D scanning) with Scaniverse of plants later to be imported as 3D Point Cloud models to be animated and edited in TouchDesigner. Videos processed by custom made coded visual and generative visuals. Final editing of recorded clips in Premiere Pro.

"Novos Estรญmulos" (new stimulus) was created entirely in GarageBand, independently. Therefore, Lรญdice maintains an empirical approach, always exploring new media without being tied to a single format. The EP combines samples of electronic drums and also traditional percussion, synthesizers, Arabic, Egyptian and Chinese instruments. This marks Lรญdice's first foray into electronic/experimental music, bringing new dimensions to their artistic practice.

Spaced labyrinth, proliferated with grotesque creatures, captured by a lens suspended at a high-angle shot, fused within the very eyeball of the creature that gathers and watches the defendant: Dr. Lollipop.
Inhabited in a living and mobile laboratory. Fusing within a thousand organisms and viscous structures, condensed by itself. The creatures created, without any breath or end. In an intertwining of flesh and bytes, where wires cover its condemned and sublime corporeal score. Viscous, disgusting. A vast suspended creature.

โ Within a hybrid space, the body is my vehicle for tangible experiences and sensations, but it's also the anchor that keeps me rooted in reality. Technological tension apparatuses articulate within me like extensions, amplifying my voice and my presence. Through this, I connect with other avatars, many of whom are distant, sharing histories and forging bonds of survival.
His physical shell is his laboratory, a silent witness to the vicissitudes of the third world. Inside, his aqueous being, rediscovers and entangles itself in an amplified, omnipresent heterotopia, without a specific form. Expressed in a virtualized context, where each unborn creature is invented, and manifested from sensors and personas. Like a grand absolute spectrum of chaos, where multiple contexts alter and give life to multiple formatting avatars, that format in themselves their own fantasy, reality, and fiction. These avatars relate and traverse real, virtual, and parallel ecosystems; generating movements, cultures, and subcultures. Manifesting artistically through their own spectra, languages, and intercession threads.
Experiment manifest not just as an abstract intellectual exercise, but as an expositional and direct affectation of the ocular globe, reinventing and underlying its own factual notions of identity and reality. It's in imagination that the experiment finds itself in the speculative aspect; tracing a correlation between 'mind' and 'world', developing a way of thinking about the thing in itself. A possible gap is then created that elaborates about the absolute; a potentially absorbed, sandy and infinite place.
It's possible to think about the absolute. The absolute is thinkable, but the absolute is chaos. The absolute is contingency. The absolute is an open place to infinite possibilities, where laws govern a becoming without law.
A speculation about the reality of the world beyond human forms of perception, expresses a desire for a transcendent reality. Subjectivity traversed by multiple cosmic forces, using art as a medium to access knowledge that extends and amplifies. Prophetic idea. Expresses a fiction that colonizes aspects of science, narrative, and life, generating side effects.
Dr. Lollipop, again, presents:
โ Each creature arises not by chance, but by convergence, in a traversed hybrid space, that transcends tangibility and anchors itself in reality through my own embodiment.
Remember: in the confluence of the real and the imaginary, chaos dances with order like a ballerina star. To decipher the absolute, one must first accept the enigma of our own existence. Seek the truth in the interstices, where the threads of the visible intertwine with the vertiginous shadows of this intoxicating unknown.
And never forget the side effects!
Dr. Lollipop disintegrates and exits.

In the video that primarily uses 3D tools, we see, in a tone influenced by oniric elements, the process of breaking a curse contained within a DVD.
The artists use their digital avatars to carry out this act, communicating in both Brazilian Portuguese and Bisaya Language.
