The Dragon, a korean-chinese style dining institution in Los Angeles’ Koreatown district, are closing their doors after 40+ years of biz. Classic dishes that accompanied countless family gatherings in private dining rooms such as jjajiangmyeon, jjampong, and, tangsuyuk will sadly no longer be savored at the crossroads of Olympic and Vermont.
