As Sean "Diddy" Combs' has been hit with slew of sexual assault suits, one witness has come forward claiming he possesses sex tapes of the rapper that involve at least two celebrities when they were minors.
In an interview with Newsweek, P Diddy investigation court witness Courtney Burgess claimed that he was given 11 flash drives containing the allegedly incriminating footage, however, it has not been verified. Burgess told the news outlet that the flash drives contained at least eight sex tapes involving eight celebrities. The CEO of Alter Ego Records alleged that "two or three" of these celebrities were underage. It is unclear whether or not he currently has this alleged footage.
Burgess claimed that the flash drives were shared with him by Diddy's late ex-girlfriend Kim Porter, who was his former associate when he was working in Atlanta, Georgia. On Thursday, October 31, Burgess testified in front of P Diddy's grand jury in a lower Manhattan courthouse, and was represented by his attorney Aril Mitchell. When requested for comment on Burgess' claims, Mitchell responded to The Mirror: "My client does not posses anything and has turned over all of his pertinent files to the government."
The disgraced media mogul is currently being housed at Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York as he awaits his upcoming court hearing on May 5, 2025. In mid-September, he was arrested for federal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. Diddy has pled not guilty to the criminal charges and has consistently denied the allegations against him and has maintained his innocence throughout.
Diddy's attorneys are currently seeking his release from the jail on bail, but the request has been denied twice by two separate judges. As Diddy awaits his trial date, which has been set for May 5, 2025, he has also been hit by a series of civil lawsuits filed by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee.
Buzbee filed the most recent civil lawsuits on Monday, which included two separate cases with sexual assault allegations. In these, the victims claimed that they were sexually abused by Diddy when they were underage with one claiming that they were 10 and the other was 17 years old at the time of the alleged incidents.
Buzbee previously claimed to have 120 individuals who have either sued or are planning to file lawsuits against Diddy. Responding to the announcement of the suits, Combs' attorney Erica Wolff said: "We cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus. That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors."
She concluded: "He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation." In a second statement about the lawsuits, Diddy's attorneys told The Mirror US: "The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman."
