I started playing the piano at 9 years old, and in 2019, I began making beats out of my Dad’s makeshift studio in Oakland, CA. Over the past five years, I’ve collaborated with notable Bay Area artists and producers, carving out an underground name for myself. I recently released my first 10-song album, WALK ME HOME, where I handle the vocals, instrumentation, and production on every track, blending elements of rock and funk. You can check out my other mints through my page onchain.
The track "Roots" captures the essence of the contemporary Bay Area music scene, combining lively piano and ambient strings with a funky, hyphy drum pattern. It features production by me and my brother-in-law, Jesse Pollak, along with vocals from Lil Ricefield and Seiji Oda. Ricefield gained fame in 2018 with his legendary hit song “Trapanese,” produced by his brother, Seiji Oda, which has over 35 million streams on Spotify. Seiji has been on the scene for years and recently went viral on Reels with his track “A Gentle Gig,” which merges elements of lo-fi and Bay Area hyphy music. Ricefield and Seiji have been making music for years and go way back to elementary school with me. I joined them in music creation in 2019, shortly after I started making beats.
