Linxirwengi (Alieneta Firdausi) 2023

This work is a video representing a photograph involving a perceptual thought as a bridge for its presentation. When I observed this object, I felt a nostalgic feeling. There was a residual of an event that happened which made me imagine a conversation that likely happened and how they ended it.

Linxirwegi (Alieneta Firdausi) - 2021

This collage artwork is a collaboration between Alieneta Firdausi (linxirwengi) and Rangga Purnama Aji. We created this work while attending the collage workshop by Tutbek, held at Kelas Pagi Yogyakarta.

Ludfan, a collagist and zine archivist from Malang, East Java, Indonesia, is the one who led this workshop.

Many stories emerged during this meeting among the workshop participants, ranging from questions about applying other artists’ work in collages to discussions on generative art and authentic food from various regions of Indonesia.
