"Solid State Chemicals" follows in the footsteps of the band‘s debut album "Too Many Too Much", being a full 10-track album produced, recorded, mixed and mastered by the legendary Grammy-winning Metallica producer Flemming Rasmussen at his Sweet Silence Studios in Copenhagen, Denmark. The result is the band's best work to date. Staying true to DEAD STAR TALK’s melodic, polyphonic and guitar-driven sound, while braving into new sonic territories, such as incorporating the unique psychedelic qualities of the Turkish Saz-guitar. In the words of Flemming Rasmussen himself: "Working on Solid State Chemicals really gave me a buzz, it’s still very much DEAD STAR TALK, but its more layered and complex than the previous work we’ve done.
