Perpetrators of bullying will be subject to Article 80 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 76 letter C of the Child Protection Law, with the threat of a prison sentence of 3 years and 6 months. Apart from that, they are also subject to Article 170 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Criminal Code with the threat of 7 years in prison.
