Primer pieza de cerámica hecha por mis propias manos. 3 horneadas: fase bizcocho, pintura con engobes y baño con esmaltes artísticos. Una vez terminada, incrustre piedras preciosas en los espacios que inicialmente deje marcados con sus huellas. Se tratá de una pieza que busca abrir pequeños y delicados portales mágicos. Ellos reflejan nuestro mundo desde otro lugar, irreal, permitiendo ver por medio sus reflejos, una realidad paralela pero diferente.

This piece was made by Chamaland and Aura, experimenting in the artistic residency at Bosque Gracias, co-living with +10 artists in the woods and creating art for 7 days straight.

Newtro Arts collaborated with this amazing artists family from Patagonia, Argentina to take the Collective to a wonderful forest, exchange knowledge through workshops and to connect with nature and permaculture in a clash of both, the digital and the analog world.

Deepening the beyond. The humidity of the earth. How to represent the smell of wet grass in digitality?

Centennial nostalgic, looking for green where there is no more, looking for nature where there is now cement, looking for air where there is now pollution.

From the deepest depths, it grows decidedly a stem, a web of hope in the midst of chaos.

Mutant earth, patriotic emblem, I long for you and pay homage to you.

In the very distant future, the earth may look something like this.

I live in a country rich in fauna and flora, a country that could provide for itself if it wanted to.

It has a great wet pampas, aquifers, sea, mountains, waterfalls, countryside and jungle.

It hurts me when the hand of man interferes in our fertile soil to exploit it.

Why can't we just contemplate our nature as a pristine and untouchable work of art?
