A first prototype experiment into creating a micro-electronic social device - I'm really interested in creating incredibly intimate, yet communal art installations and experiences at the palm of your hands. Particularly with "micro-electronic" devices as a rebellious gateway to transcend location, borders, and accessibility - where a multitude of people can own, experience, and co-create with not only the device itself, but with people globally

To package the aluminium legs, I created these custom red boxes with debossed text on the lids, printed white on the inside, and custom laser cut foam inserts. Each box is marked with a numbered edition out of 50 and a handwritten message along with its edition.

As an instructions manual on how to assemble the NEBULA lamp, rather than it being on a piece of paper, I wanted to design something that could have a further utility so I screenprinted the instructions on tote bags! My lovely friend, Cara Lloyd, helped me screenprint them!

Loaded up a few lamps in a Zipcar to spray paint and customize the tin pail packaging - heading to my partner's parents' garden

I have an affinity for obscure packaging and I had a very strong desire and vision to package my lamps in 10L tin pails - here's the pallet of NEBULA lamps that arrived at my doorstep on Wednesday morning after a treacherously long journey

The first samples of the legs I laser cut in aluminium - checking the tolerance of the slots so the legs slide in to one another

After scrambling to quickly sketch out this idea and design I had for NEBULA in my head, I then mocked it up in Cinema 4D so I could get a better picture of what it would look like in real life

Being heavily influenced by my love for Space Age and Retro-Futuristic design - I immediately had a particular idea in my head of a lamp I wanted to create and this is that idea drawn out in my sketchbook.

When I first moved in my old flat by London Fields in 2022 with my partner - it didn't have the most windows to let light in. We were in high need for more lighting and I often have a little optimistic voice in my head constantly saying "Oh! Maybe I should make x, y, z thing" and that thing turned out to be this lamp, which I'm very proud to have made!

Created to mark the launch of More Joy by Christopher Kane online and in-store at Selfridges in London. I was asked to depict what ‘More Joy’ means to me and the joy I aim to give other this year.

Created to mark the launch of More Joy by Christopher Kane online and in-store at Selfridges in London. I was asked to depict what ‘More Joy’ means to me and the joy I aim to give other this year.

In 2019, I found my way back to 3D design after a six-year break. This piece came out after the 'daunting' realization that I was an artist. Little did I know, this piece was going to coincide with an influx of new opportunities, reshaping my motivations, my mindset and igniting a lot of hope. It’s more than just an animated piece – it marked a new chapter in my work and my practice. Above all, it was the start of dreaming bigger and having the audacity to turn those dreams into reality. This one means a lot; it will always be one of my favourites.
