This collage artwork is a collaboration between Alieneta Firdausi (linxirwengi) and Rangga Purnama Aji. We created this work while attending the collage workshop by Tutbek, held at Kelas Pagi Yogyakarta.

Ludfan, a collagist and zine archivist from Malang, East Java, Indonesia, is the one who led this workshop.

Many stories emerged during this meeting among the workshop participants, ranging from questions about applying other artists’ work in collages to discussions on generative art and authentic food from various regions of Indonesia.

When white light dispersion occurs in a prism, there is light bending or intersecting with the prism before the colorful light spreads and disassembles further. This work is an imagination I lingered on while within the intersection of those colors. All colors wrestle, choosing whether to unravel or not.
